Combining restoration of a former farm with contemporary architectural creation, Patrick Bouchain and Loïc Julienne designed the hotel in full respect of the existing environment. Its rooms are located in two new structures with reinforced thermal insulation, Les Logis de la Loire and Les Logis du Loir, which duplicate the former farm buildings like drop shadows.
